ZEROACENTO 273 POTENZA

Inspired by the Ferrari 288GTO, the 273 Potenza is a modern take to the classic

Based on a Ferrari F8 Tributo and re-manufactured by Manifattura Automobili Torino, the Zeroacento or Zero To Hundred 273 Potenza is a homage to an icon amongst mid-rear engine road going Ferraris and that is the 288 GTO. Some regard the 288 GTO as Pininfarina's finest work on a mid-rear engine Ferrari road car. The 288 GTO was revealed to the public at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1984 around 40 years ago in limited production. Already being highly desirable, only 272 were made so this combination makes it very difficult to acquire. Its market value appreciation is a reflection of this with a few units being sold at just under USD4 million in 2023. Maybe this is Zeroacento's business model, a car that is under the 288GTO's appreciation but is styled and made as an evolution of one with modern engineering and technology

The 273 Potenza is powered by a twin turbocharged V8 engine with 800 horsepower, double the power output of a 288 GTO. Connected to the engine is a 7-speed twin clutch gearbox. The gearbox can also be operated by a semi-automatic gear lever mounted in a classic fashion slightly towards the driver from off its center console or on the steering column with paddle shifters. Body is all carbon fiber with the option of not only being painted in opaque but also with transparent paint to expose and tint the carbon fiber weaves

The spirit and aura of the 288 GTO is not limited to the exterior but continues within the 273 Potenza. Center to its dashboard is three analog gauges that sits on a panel reminiscent to the 288 GTO's dashboard panel. This continues to its center console as well where its design is a modern take to the classic 80's style of the 288 GTO. Sitting proud of this is, again, that semi-automatic forged aluminium gear lever

Prices are not known yet and Zeroacento is offering opportunities to invest in the project
